Cancellations

• Need to cancel? Email us at Baileysbuttersllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Once an order is shipped, it can’t be canceled.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our handmade products.

• Shipping is based on your order’s weight & will be calculated at checkout (usually between $8–$10).

• Free shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and shipping).

• Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

• Domestic orders could take up to 5–7 business days.

• International orders may take longer due to customs.

• We are not responsible for postal delays once your package is shipped.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item.
